The Service is operated by Restaurant Pipeline (“Restaurant Pipeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity is responsible for all use of the Service by its users.

subscriptions automatically renew
fees are non-refundable

restaurants
foodservice operators
chain and multi-unit brands
franchise organizations
ownership structures
corporate hierarchies
locations
openings and closures
growth activity
expansion signals
market activity
predictive scoring outputs
industry indicators
related commercial signals
(collectively, the “Data”).
Data may be compiled from:
public records
government filings
corporate registrations
building permits
news sources
third-party data providers
user submissions
proprietary research
statistical models
You acknowledge that:
Data may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, estimates, or delays
information may change over time
forward-looking signals may not materialize
some records may be early-stage indicators
not all records contain complete contact information
You agree that you are responsible for independently verifying Data before relying on it.
Use of the Data must comply with applicable laws including privacy, marketing, and consumer protection laws.
- License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms and plan limits, Restaurant Pipeline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Data solely for internal business purposes.
Internal business purposes include:

account targeting
sales prospecting
strategic planning
internal analytics
competitive analysis
lead prioritization
account intelligence development
Use is limited to your organization and authorized users.
- Prohibited Use
You may not:

hierarchy relationships
predictive scoring logic
record organization
compilation methodology
data normalization structures
UI presentation structure
No ownership rights transfer to you.
- User Submissions
If you submit feedback or corrections, you grant Restaurant Pipeline a perpetual license to use those submissions to improve the Service.
- Third-Party Sources
The Service may reference third-party sources.
We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy.
Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
- Informational Purposes Only; No Professional Advice
The Service provides business intelligence information only.
Restaurant Pipeline is not:
an investment advisor
broker-dealer
financial advisor
legal advisor
accounting firm
consulting firm

Nothing in the Service constitutes:

- Limitation of Liability

lost profits

business interruption
indirect damages
Total liability shall not exceed:
amount paid in prior 3 months
or $100 if no fees paid
- Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Restaurant Pipeline and its affiliates against claims arising from:
your use of the Service
your violation of these Terms
your outreach using the Data
your business decisions using the Data
derivative models created using the Data
your representations to third parties
We may assume defense control of any claim.
- Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
misuse occurs
security risks are identified
unauthorized redistribution occurs
Upon termination, license rights end immediately.

These Terms are governed by New York law.
Disputes must be brought in New York County courts.
